FRIDAY NIGHT DOG BLOG: RUN TO PARADISE

Dexter and Hannah show contrasting behaviors. If Dexter could run, he would. Then he would stay away and come back in his own good time.

Paradise for him is freedom. He has a genetic problem, I suspect, with dog socialization. Hannah by contrast will explore, and will stay close, unless she is playing with another dog.

It is certainly an opportunity to take the dogs to the bush. It is not without dangers. We apply the anti-tick treatment to them on a regular basis. Otherwise we try to get out for a walk most days. When it is too wet we divert to the track that leads up to dam, as we did this week.
