FRIDAY NIGHT DOG BLOG: SEASON FOR HOPE

There was rain during the week which meant that Dexter and Hannah went out less days. Then too, it has been cooler. So who knows what normal weather variation is any more.

The rain means that the underfoot conditions can be slippery, and more so for me than the dogs. They seem to be at their best and most manageable when out walking. They seem to have a common purpose.

It is often pretty peaceful among the gum trees, unless Dexter gets wind of something. Cat Stevens (Yusuf Islam) sang he was hopeful that something had begun, singing Peace Train:
