FRIDAY NIGHT DOG BLOG: NEW LOOK

For the first time in months, this is a genuine Friday Night Dog Blog. I have a new camera, which is neither too elaborate or expensive – a Canon A1200 with viewfinder.

You may not get the sense of change in my immediate environment, but it is real enough. A large quantity of earth has been trucked in to build an embankment for the creek which previously the engineering assessment judged to be unsafe in times of flood. The tracks through the public gardens have now been upgraded.

Picasa was previously giving me the “localhost” problem, and eventually I heard from Google that I had exceeded my download volume. So that was easily fixed. Just in case this problem could not be solved, I dumped a day of photos on a movie track and uploaded to You Tube (and I cannot attribute the musicians or the music. Too many changes of mind and then losing track.). I hope it works well enough.
