FRIDAY NIGHT DOG BLOG- GETTING OUT MY BACK DOOR July 31, 2010

Getting out the back door was the problem this week. There are two excuses we have not gone out much. Sasha is recovering from the operation that removed a toe, and it rained heavily.
I have given up on trying to keep a bandage on her toe, although a sock is still a good idea, but mostly she has ripped the bandage and sock off. Sasha could not, and Dexter has been quite happy to go out, and I am thankful given how slippery the ground is that I have only one dog on a lead.
This evening Dexter slipped through the front gate and went for a expedition to the end of the street. One he had dragged me up after him he was quite happy to walk home.
