FRIDAY NIGHT DOG BLOG – FRESH TAKES May 31, 2008

We pass the familiar places on the daily walk, still the ambition is to achieve new takes with the familiar faces. A different angle can show a different relationship if not a new insight.
Sasha was moving across as Dexter was looking out:
Occasionally, a persons intrudes into the space causing Dexter to respond as in the central photo, otherwise we are somewhat laid back, but prepared:
Even the rocks look different from another angle:
I thought I would see what Sasha was looking at:
Then Dexter joined in:
Sasha relaxes, Dexter orientates, and then goes to have a word:
Sasha just being herself:
The same self in a different light:
Dexter enjoys the moment:
Same attitude, different location:
We seek to get the walk done while there is sun:
We are jointed by the arbor shadows:
It is time, we hope, to enjoy another cruise on Friday Ark, and see who is on board.
A sense of thankfulness in the transience of time is a good enough excuse to introduce Leonard Cohen singing with choir, Hallejulah:

“Hallejulah” is one of my all time favourite songs. I have two renditions of it, by two different artists, on my iPod. Would you believe this is the first time I have listened to the Leonard Cohen version. .. the very man behind the song to begin with. Thanks for this.
Actually I took up the song from Abbey who has it sung by k d lang. Thanks for stopping by.
