FRIDAY NIGHT DOG BLOG – POURING RAIN June 15, 2007

The week began and ended with heavy rain, at least on occasions. And it is cold as well, so we must be in winter. The boys who ride the minibikes tell me it is fun in the rain. I know what they mean. The dogs hold their footing but I find myself sliding along, and keeping balance is the fun part. There was a time when we had to make a run to get home. Sasha normally does not mind the wet, but you might observe there are times when Dexter is not all that impressed.

Most of these photos can be expanded by clicking- on them. The one exception is where I have added more light, but I thought Dexter’s discontent with the rain had to be included. Of course, the brighter pictures have been taken by flash, which one function of the camera still working.
As usual we will hope to board Friday Ark # 143 before it leaves, and catch the Carnival of the Dogs, if it is still traveling this week.
My Sadie loves a good down pour. Coco, on the other hand, hates to wet his princely paws.
By our reckoning it was cold as well Colleen – but not by yours I imagine.
